We keep our invoices simple and easy to understand with charges clearly set out.  Our invoices including a summary and itemisation of every call made in that billing month.  We can also supply itemisations on a CD for analysis of data.

When you receive an invoice from Work-Phones it will be broken down as follows:

Invoice - Standard VAT invoice showing call charges, service charges, VAT and total.
Summary - Breakdown of service charges and site billing of calls (if required).
Itemisation - Detailed listing of every call made in that billing month.
